Every Friday night, Somewhere Nowhere NYC transforms into Somewhere Funny, Nowhere Serious—a premier comedy club experience inside our immersive multi-level lounge, rooftop, and nightclub. From award-winning comedians to rising stars seen on Netflix, HBO, and late-night TV, our stage has welcomed some of the best talent in stand-up. Here’s a look back at just a few of the comics who’ve kept the laughs going:

Gary Vider

Finalist on America’s Got Talent, Gary has been featured on CONAN, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and Comedy Central. Named a “Comic to Watch” by Esquire, he also won Carolines on Broadway’s March Madness competition. His podcast #1Dad is a top 100 show on Spotify.

Dean Edwards

A former cast member of Saturday Night Live, Dean has appeared on Tiffany Haddish Presents: THEY READY (Netflix), Top Five, Spider-Man 3, and The Sopranos. He starred in and co-produced the award-winning Off-Broadway hit RACE: THE MOVIE: THE PLAY.

Harrison Greenbaum

Featured on America’s Got Talent, Last Comic Standing, Conan, and Comedy Central, Harrison made history as the first comedian to headline a Cirque du Soleil show in Mad Apple Las Vegas. Performing 650 shows at NY-NY Hotel & Casino, he’s been dubbed “the hardest-working man in comedy” by Time Out NY.

Akeem Woods

Akeem is a semi-finalist from Stand-Up NBC and has appeared on Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, The Late Late Show with James Corden, HBO’s Pause, Sex Sells on Fuse TV, and House of Laughs on the WOW Network.

Daniel Geneen

A finalist in New York’s Funniest 2024, Daniel is the creator of Emmy- and Webby-winning shows Mise en Place and Dan Does. He’s been featured on Comedy Central, Howard Stern, and tours with Jessica Kirson.

Myka Fox

An NYC-based comic and writer, Myka has written for Comedy Central Roasts, the MTV Movie Awards, and SNL's Weekend Update. She co-hosts the hit podcast Great Hang with her partner Tim McLaughlin, and her debut stand-up special My Joke, My Choice premiered in 2024 through Comedy Dynamics.

Elon Altman

Winner of New York's Got Talent and a finalist in the Boston Comedy Festival, Elon has written for the Netflix Roast of Tom Brady and Comedy Central Roast of Alec Baldwin. He’s also been featured on AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live.

Dan Naturman

A finalist on America’s Got Talent, Dan has made appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman, Conan, The Tonight Show, Craig Ferguson, and had his own Comedy Central Presents special. He’s also the author of the novel Ira Spiro: Before Covid.

Peter Stewart

Originally from Canada, Peter is now a New York-based comic and founding member of Comfy Comedy. He has been featured on Comedy Central, The Next Big Thing, and Comedy Never Dies festival.

Andy Fiori

Andy has performed at Just For Laughs, Moontower, and New York Comedy Festival. He starred in the documentary The World’s Most Dangerous Amusement Park, appeared on Comedy Central, and is known for his role as Merc Face on The Bonfire and his show The Raw Report on SiriusXM.

Alex Kumin

Named a Time Out NY 2025 Comic to Watch, Alex has been featured on Don’t Tell Comedy, NBC’s That Clip Show, and Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring. She co-hosts the Into The Mud podcast and has voiced characters in Heroes United and national campaigns for brands like Google and Kohler.
